Praxis Research Summit 2026

A one-day online research symposium for medical students, physicians and clinical scientists

21, November, 2026 · 12:00 PM EST

About the Summit

The Praxis Research Summit brings together medical students, residents, physicians and medical scientists for a single day of research presentations, skills training, and community. Members present original work to a peer audience, get feedback from experienced reviewers, and build the kind of scholarly record that supports residency applications and academic careers.

The Summit is fully online.

What happens during the day

  • Skills Workshops: Live, practical sessions taught by experienced researchers. In addition to invited speaker lectures.

  • Poster Gallery: Browse pre-recorded poster presentations alongside full-resolution PDFs. Posters are reviewed by judges.

  • Oral Presentations: Selected presenters deliver live talks with Q&A, judged by a panel of faculty and senior members. The day closes with awards.

Who Can Attend?

The Summit is open to medical students, residents, fellows, physicians, and researchers at any training level.

Presenting is open to all.

Attending without presenting is welcome and encouraged. If you're considering joining Praxis, this is the best way to see what we do.
